CULTURALINK HIRES FRED HOBBY AS CHIEF DIVERSITY STRATEGIST 

ATLANTA, GA- CulturaLink is pleased to announce the recent hire of Fred Hobby, who will join the organization as chief diversity strategist. Through this role, Hobby will work with healthcare providers managing diversity or language services opportunities. In addition, he will assist CulturaLink in staying abreast of changes in the healthcare industry and monitoring the effectiveness of their services.

Hobby comes to CulturaLink with more than three decades of diversity and inclusion leadership experience. Most recently, Hobby served as president and CEO of the Institute for Diversity in Healthcare Management of the American Hospital Association in Chicago. There he worked for 11 years with more than 1,200 health services organizations and educators to expand leadership opportunities for ethnic minorities and promote cultural competency in health services management. Hobby has been nationally recognized for his leadership and is generally regarded as one of the most knowledgeable practitioners in the field. His career history in healthcare administration and diversity has created a smooth transition into his current position as chief diversity strategist with CulturaLink.
