The diversity council consists of a cross-departmental membership of individuals who can provide valuable input to a diversity initiative, help facilitate the council’s growth, and even provide valuable buy-in during the implementation stage. We guide clients through the process of developing and launching the council including prioritizing goals and objectives, chartering the council, selecting membership, and providing additional training.
