The individual in this position is required to be an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. This individual will be required to hire in various industries to help organizations obtain Cultural Competency. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions for our clients and throughout the Company. Considerable skill in diverse interviewing techniques, an ability to recognize and match candidate client needs, sell positions to candidate, present and place best candidates with compatible clients, ability to understand all specialized functions of each position being filled, a basic understanding of the Client Company’s organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy, procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Microsoft office knowledge required.
